- Accumulator
- A bet that combines two or more selections; all must win for you to get a payout.
- Asian Handicap
- A spread that gives a virtual advantage or disadvantage to a team, removing the draw option.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you set aside for placing bets.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that lets you combine different betting markets from a single match into one wager.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle your bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or loss.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that gives your stake back if the match ends in a draw.
- Each Way
- A bet split into two parts: one for the win and one for a placed finish.
- Edge
- The perceived advantage you think you have over the bookmaker’s odds.
- Enhanced Odds
- Promotional odds that are higher than the normal market odds.
- Fractional Odds
- Traditional odds written as a fraction, showing how much profit you make per unit stake.
- Handicapping
- The process of analyzing data to estimate the likely outcome of a match.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after the match has already started.
- Lay
- To bet against an outcome, acting like a bookmaker by taking the opposite side.
- Live Betting
- Placing bets on a game while it is in progress.
- Margin
- The built-in profit margin the bookmaker includes in the odds.
- Market
- A specific set of outcomes you can bet on, such as the winner or total goals.
- Moneyline
- A simple bet on which team will win the match, with no point spread.
- Odds Boost
- A special offer that increases the payout for a particular selection.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a statistic, like total goals, will be higher or lower than a set number.
- Parlay
- A bet that links multiple selections; all must win for a payout.
- Point Spread
- A margin set by the bookmaker to make the teams appear equally likely to win.
- Push
- When a bet ends in a tie and the stake is returned.
- Risk-Free Bet
- A promotion that refunds your losing bet as a free bet if it doesn’t win.
- Steam
- Rapid movement of odds caused by heavy betting action on one side.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability suggests.
